Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. If you need your items sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
We offer local delivery for addresses within 30 miles of our headquarters (Austin, Texas). You can select this delivery method at checkout on orders $150+.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package's journey.
What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
